1926 Alexander Speith, before liquidation last CEO of the Eisenwerk Varel AG, founded the Speith Metal Foundry in the Bleichenpfad
1947 Karl-Erich Speith, his son, succeeded him to continue running the family business.
1956 Due to several enlargements in the company facilities, parts of the production process are shifted onto the territory of the former Hansa- Automobilwerke AG, Varel, Bahnhofstraße
1970 Expansion through the acquisition of real estate of the Ludwig Langefeldt KG, Bahnhofstraße
1985 Further enlargement through takeover of the property of Donner & Warfia KG, Bahnhofstraße
1989 Relocation of the factory part in the Bleichenpfad to the Bahnhofstraße
1999 Expansion through acquisition of parts of the former military administration Varel

Grad. Engineer Michael Nitsche becomes CEO of the Company.
